If the address provided is incomplete or unclear, you’ll need to pay 100 EGP before shipping. Don’t worry—this amount will be deducted from your total order value.

If you choose to refuse an order after it’s been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which must be paid directly to Gilnarosa, not the carrier.

Repeated refusals may require prepayment for future orders.
