• Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation

• We’ll call to confirm your order. If we’re unable to reach you within 3 business days, you’ll need to prepay the shipping fees before we proceed with shipping.

3. Accurate Information

• To avoid delays, please double-check that your contact information and delivery address are accurate and complete when placing your order.

4. Incomplete or Unclear Address

• If the address provided is incomplete or unclear, you’ll need to pay 100 EGP before shipping. Don’t worry—this amount will be deducted from your total order value.

5. Order Refusal

• If you choose to refuse an order after it’s been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which must be paid directly to Gilnarosa, not the carrier.

• Repeated refusals may require prepayment for future orders.
